The sale and distribution of all strengths of Coumadin (warfarin sodium) will be discontinued in Canada (and other countries) due to an unexpected manufacturing issue that can not be resolved expeditiously. Full discontinuation is expected by August 31, 2020. Generic forms of warfarin are available.
